A wired connection from the computer to the router is almost always a configuration that will work for adapter based VOIP but wireless connections to the router tend to be a problem. If you have a wireless configuration and you are having problems running VoiParrot please try adding your VOIP adapters MAC address to VoiParrot’s Manual Recording mode. Configuration When VOIP Adapter Is Connected To Computer
An alternate way of using your VOIP adapter is to connect it directly to an Ethernet port of the computer. This method would be used if your having a problem running VoiParrot with the previous router configuration (Especially if your using a wireless connections between the computer and the router).
