If you have more than one NIC (Network Interface Card) indicated when you run VoiParrot try using other NIC’s and make a test phone call until you’ve exhausted all Ethernet cards.  If VoiParrot is scheduled to startup during boot then make sure your NIC is listed under VOIP INTERFACES as some network adapters are slow to init during power up (Please refer to Preferences→”Delayed Interface Check”).

C. If your Ethernet cable from your computer is going to your VOIP adapter then please unplug it and plug it into your router.

D. VoiParrot does not work with the G.729 Codec so make sure your VOIP account settings are set for high quality and for higher bandwidth (Usually a VOIP provider will not specify a particular Codec so if you’re still having trouble talk with VOIP support and tell them you do not want G.729 and see what they recommend)

E. Make sure you have free disk space.

F. Disable antivirus/firewall protection and if they are the cause of the problem research that environment for VoiParrot exclusion.

G. Only one VoiParrot can be running within a LAN (A LAN is everything that is connected to a single router).
